General Refund Guidelines
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted product, please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to send pictures of the product to verify the issue. Please do not alter the pictures you send to us using photo editors or enhancers. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund. Upon receiving and inspecting the pictures, we will notify you of the results of our review process. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Approved replacements will be shipped out in 2-4 business days.
Exceptions for Customized Products
Customized products are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. If you believe there is an error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, then follow the procedure described above.
